This prior knowledge and experience allows the reader to immediately eliminate any obstacles (doubts, fears, negative self talk) that come to mind, before and during this exercise. When you go to bed tonight open up to connect (like the connection exercise) and talk to your Buddy Soul Mate just like you would on the phone, but say the words in your head.
You might begin by introducing yourself, saying your name and what city you live in. Talk to him/her about your day, what’s happening in your life. Tell him/her that you are getting ready so to get moving.
Have a special time each day to talk to him/her. Keep saying your name, the city and that you are coming so get ready.
When you write, feel like you are talking to him/her. When you are doing something fun, invite him/her there with you. When something scares you or you are doing a difficult releasing, call him/her so you don’t feel alone.
Keep going no matter what you feel. Listen, and you will begin to hear or feel answers. You will find that your dreamtime includes him/her more freely and concretely.
By the time you meet in person you will already know each other very well. And you can compare your dreamtimes together.
Your Soul Mate is your other half, combined you are strong and free, a support system like no other. You are not alone, so open and get to know each other again.
